Biography: Born in Mississippi, Adrian Hoffman grew up just outside Boston, the son of two very musical parents. He studied trombone, composition and opera direction at the New England Conservatory of Music. Following his studies he freelanced with the Boston Pops Orchestra, the Boston Ballet Co. and the Boston Philharmonia to name just a few.

Adrian moved to Canada in 1973 as a member of the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra and joined CBC in 1978 becoming executive producer of Radio Music & Arts. He went on to produce and host both All the Best and Musically Yours and guest hosted for numerous network radio programs. He has been very involved in the Nova Scotia music community as a board member of the Nova Scotia Talent Trust, Debut Atlantic, an appointed member of the Canada Council advisory Board and has acted as President National Radio Producer's Association. He also enjoys taking tourists on group musical tours of Europe.

Adrian lives in Sambro with his wife and family.
